SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Welcome to SpeedGamer. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains our practices regarding order fulfillment, shipping, and returns or exchanges for products purchased on www.speedgamer.ma. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Destinations

Domestic (Morocco): We ship to all major Moroccan cities.
International: Currently available to selected countries. Please check at checkout for availability and rates.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Carriers

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via our local carrier partners.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee).
International Shipping: 7–14 business days via tracked postal service or courier.

1.3 Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders over MAD 1 500 (Morocco only).
Flat-rate shipping fee of MAD 50 on domestic orders under MAD 1 500.
International fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

1.4 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

1.5 Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

A confirmation email with the carrier name.
A tracking number or link to monitor your delivery status.

1.6 Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs clearance, strikes, or force majeure.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact support@speedgamer.ma for assistance.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, subject to these conditions:

Item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Opened software, downloadable digital products, and gift cards.
Customized or built-to-order systems (unless defective).
Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

2.3 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Support: Email returns@speedgamer.ma within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
Authorize & Ship: We will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and packing instructions.
Ship the Item:
- Include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
- Use a trackable shipping method—costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

2.4 Refunds & Credits

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we will email you the inspection results.
Refund Method:
- To your original payment method (minus original shipping charges).
- Store credit if mutually agreed.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

2.5 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product:
1. Report within 7 days of delivery to support@speedgamer.ma.
2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging.
3. We will cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.

3. Exchanges for Different Products

To exchange for a different model or accessory, follow the standard return process above.
Once your return is approved, place a new order on the Site for the desired item.

4. Cancellations

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge by emailing support@speedgamer.ma.
After Shipping: Standard return procedure applies. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
